Mailing Service Costs

A minimum of 200 addresses are needed for bulk rates and the use of our Standard Mail Permit. Prices are per thousand pieces. Services are subject to a $150 minimum charge. Actual postage costs to be prepaid by the customer and typically range from $.22-.32 per piece for standard mail.

Drop Shipments

Drop shipments are when pieces saturate a zip code, or section of a zip code. No names and addresses are needed in order to do this, but you must provide enough pieces for the entire Rural Route or Postal Boxes.

For instance, to send a postcard to all Post Office boxes in 19543, you would need to send 472 pieces to saturate that section. To saturate rural route 1 of Morgantown, 550 pieces would be required. Typically, businesses or churches saturate an entire zip code, not just one rural route. The pieces are marked with POSTAL PATRON as the addressee.

Prices for drop shipments usually range from $.15-.20 each.
